(3) The embedded structure of the two halves of the coupling brings great inconvenience to the maintenance of large-scale equipment. If any place needs to be replaced, the motor and liquid viscosity need to be displaced axially, and the correction needs to be re-aligned when recovering. , Increase equipment maintenance workload and reduce performance.
The research results show that when designing the upper warehouse belt conveyor, the selection of the coupling is only based on the transmission torque requirements, and the requirements are relatively low.However, the elastic plum coupling is relatively low in the large belt conveyors of the same type, and most of the elastic pin couplings are used.At this point, changing the coupling has become a good solution to the problem of the upper warehouse belt conveyor coupling.
After verifying the large transmission torque of the belt conveyor drive device in the upper warehouse, it was found that the elastic pin coupling, gear coupling, roller chain coupling, serpentine spring coupling, etc. can meet the conditions for site modification .
After repeatedly comparing the advantages and disadvantages of various couplings, and investigating the use of each coupling in the belt conveyor, the serpentine spring coupling was locked.This type of coupling is composed of two halves of the coupling and a serpentine spring. Each coupling is equipped with a spring groove. In actual work, the spring is embedded in the spring groove to complete the torque transmission. The couplings are radially different from each other. Inlay, when the equipment is moved, only the serpentine spring can be removed without moving the equipment axially, which greatly reduces the maintenance intensity and shortens the maintenance time.
After the coupling was used in four sets of drives, each coupling performed well, and there was no situation that the production was affected by the coupling problem, and there was no need for the motor to be changed during the process of changing the liquid viscous soft starter. The equipment is moved, which greatly shortens the maintenance time and reduces the labor intensity.
