For mass-produced couplings, generally taper sample columns can be used to ensure the interchangeability of parts.Single-piece couplings can be inspected by fitting the coupling on the shaft end.If the fit between the shaft and the hole does not meet the requirements, the hole of the coupling can be repaired.
  After boring and passing the inspection, the keyway of the coupling can be processed, and the processing is carried out on the slotting machine.A margin of 0.1mm should be left on each side of the coupling for correction after fitter. This is mainly to ensure that the processed keyway wall can be parallel to the center line of the hole.The couplings produced in batches are generally scraped with a special model as the standard, and the special model is used for inspection. Single-piece couplings can be assembled and trimmed to achieve accurate matching dimensions.
