　　The elastic sleeve pin coupling with pin consists of the left and right half couplings, the intermediate plate, and the pin.The difference between it and the ordinary elastic sleeve pin coupling is that an intermediate disc is added, and the torque is transmitted between the intermediate disc and the right half coupling through Z pins.The pins are installed in the left and right pin sleeves and covered with screw plugs.If overloaded, the pin is sheared, which cuts off the power source and plays the role of overload protection.The right half of the coupling and the intermediate plate should have mutually rotating lubrication measures, so that they can rotate mutually in case of overload and the shear pin has not stopped.

　　1. When assembling, remove burrs and clean all parts
　　2. When assembling, it is necessary to ensure that the center lines of the two welded fork bearing holes in the middle are on the same plane, and the allowable difference shall not exceed 1°.
　　3. After the coupling is assembled, the spline pair should slide freely, and the joint should rotate flexibly
　　4. After assembling, clean the surface. Except for the flange end face and the end face key with anti-rust grease, brush the anti-rust primer once and spray paint (no paint is allowed).
　　5. When packing, it should be leveled and clamped tightly.
　　The coupling will not suffer damage to the keyway and flat key of the output shaft sleeve. The equipment runs without noise, vibration, and impact. Various operating indicators are normal, and the equipment failure rate is significantly reduced.In addition, the large torque value of the coupling is lower than the overturning torque of the motor to protect the motor from overload. If overload or even "stuck" occurs, it can unload by itself to protect the motor and transmission mechanism.
