1. The rigid coupling is actually connected by two round flanges. It has no room for adjustment in connection and operation due to the difference between the pump shaft and the power machine shaft.The plane clearance of the two half couplings is 2.2~4.2mm. When the temperature is high, the displacement should be 1.55~2.05 mm larger than the shaft displacement.The diameter of the rubber elastic ring of the coupling is 0.15~0.35mm than the perforation diameter.At the same time, use special tools when disassembling and assembling, keep it clean and not allow bruising.Therefore, the installation accuracy is high, and it is mostly used for vertical units.

3. The gear coupling has good flexibility and automatic centering performance. 1. Check the tooth surface meshing of the coupling. The contact area is not less than 50% along the tooth height and not less than 70% along the tooth width.
