Coupling shaft hole and shaft length standard

　　The coupling is mainly due to the shaft connection of the motor, the reducer and the working machine. The shaft hole form, connection form and size mainly depend on the type and size of the connected shaft. The product design is generally based on the cylindrical and conical shaft depth standards. Design shaft, shaft depth standard is for shaft design.Shafting transmission usually consists of one or several couplings connecting the main and driven shafts to form a shafting transmission system to transmit rotation or movement.

　　In the structural design and series design of various types of couplings, the range of shaft holes (large and small shaft holes) of the couplings of different specifications is determined based on the size of the transmission torque, the structure of the coupling and the strength of the hub. As well as the length of the shaft hole, there is only one shaft hole length for each specification.

　　In foreign countries, no matter which company that produces couplings, in different coupling standards, it is the only shaft hole length for each specification of coupling.Due to the misleading of GB/T3852, each specification in the coupling product standard of our country corresponds to the length of the shaft hole with the change of the shaft hole. When the foreign coupling standard is converted into the Chinese standard, multiple types are also added. The length of the shaft hole seems to be the only way to be converted.
